I certainly wouldn’t be surprised. Then again, as I’m not providing any personal information regarding ways to contact me, I could really care less. At least they’re off the streets.

Question by The sex Dr: Womens health..?
Ok this is not a health question but seriously I am getting a bit bothered about this issue.
It winds me up to say the least when you are good enough to spend your own time answering questions on yahoo answers, and question askers are ungratefull for your help.
Fore example I answered a question and it only had one response which was from me.
So why was it when the person involved chose best answer they added a message to say ” You were the only one who answered my question so I suppose you get the best answer ”
How ungratefull is that ??

Question by alex1983: Do I have to keep kids on health plan after divorce?
I have been divorced for almost 6 yrs and my wife kept our kids. I have them on my health plan and I do pay child support. My ex wife currently got a better job and her insurance is way better than mine and we both agreed to take off my kids off my health insurance. The attorney general’s office said no to the idea. I live in Texas, why isn’t this possible if we both agreed to it? And yes, her premium is a little higher than mine.

its just the law. Both parents have to carry insurance. Sadly when you get the courts involved…they now tell you how to parent your children.

Question by idk: “does the womens health clinic call you and leave a messege saying that you just test HIV possitive?
I received a voice mail at 4:30 am saying it was the womens health clinic and that i tested HIV possitive, they left a phone number but is a cell phone number from a different state… the messege wasn’t addressed to anyone. Is this some kind of prank or do they usually inform people they are HIV possitive by the phone?

I’m certain there is no health clinic that would do that.

Question by partlysunny: Why is getting kids health insurance a higher priority than getting adults covered?
I don’t understand this. It seems that getting kids health insurance in this country is more important than getting it for adults, when don’t adults need to go to the doctor more often? If adults can’t afford it, and therefore probably aren’t getting the health care that they need, how are they supposed to take care of their kids?? I guess it’s cheaper to get kids covered because adults generally are at a higher risk of having health problems, getting into serious accidents, etc. Why do kids really even need it? As an adult, I’ve have to go to the doctor more than when I was a kid. I recently had 3 wisdom teeth out, have a 4th one coming in, and I have to pay it all out of pocket because my small insurance policy won’t cover dental. I think it’s more important that adults get covered first.

I feel exactly the way you do. I don’t understand why there are so many programs out there for kids, but little to nothing for adults.
I’m still trying to pay off my hospital bills from last year and I was only hospitalized twice.
I’m 25 now and I’d hate to see how much I’m going to have to start paying once I’m older and have more issues.

Question by johny c: How do you prove your children are american indian for kids health ins?
Lost my job and kids need insurance desperately. On web site for kids florida insurance says they will wave premiums if child is part of indian tribe?
I can not get thru on the phone number listed. What PROOF would I need?
Best answer:
Answer by BSherman
If your kids are American Indians, then you and/or your husband must be too. Just go to your tribal council office and they will issue you the required document of indigenous lineage.
If your kids are not American Indians, then contact your state’s Department of Health and request information on health coverage for minors.

Question by dilejo31: I want more kids, but health means I will have an only child. Any onelies out there? How do you feel about it
I always thought I would have more kids, but due to a very high risk pregnancy the first time around and some minor health problems, I doubt I will be able to have another one. My son is now four, and it saddens me that he may never have a sibling to play with. I don’t really know any only children (either adult or child) and was looking for input from parent’s of only children or adult only children. Thanks for the input.

Answer by Tamera S
Have you considered adoption? No pregnancy, and you get to enrich and beautify the life of a child who so badly needs love. I understand your fear of an only child, I hate the fact that if I don’t have more children my daughter will be alone when her father and I are gone. Give it a thought.

Question by Valerie B: Why is mens health more interesting than womens health?
I always look at the mens health and hardly ever venture into the womens health (ew)! I find the mens health section more interesting and more informative (ha), so I hope you men don’t mind me being here, oh and it’s quite funny too.
Best answer:
Answer by Kisses
Nothing is funny or gross about human health, my dear.
this is yahoo answers, and half of the time you will not get a serious answer and that’s why there’s more on the men’s health section because men are goofballs
